Details of >1.7 million UK Airbnb short-term rental property listings with property performance data (PPD) derived from >92.4 million stays and scores from >31.5 million guest reviews at yearly resolution (2014 - present). The AirDNA Airbnb Property Performance [Yearly] dataset refreshes and updates yearly, giving users access to the most up-to-date PPD and guest review scores at this level of aggregation.
Users can explore the UK's short-term rental property market using over 10.4 million records derived from the three relational tables included in this dataset: properties (containing property type, location, characteristics, and revenue data, in addition to last-twelve-months PPD roll-ups); yearly (containing information on bookings/reservations at yearly resolution); and reviews (containing review score summaries at yearly resolution).
These data are also available at daily and monthly resolution through the HASP Data Catalogue: users who need a higher granularity than the AirDNA Airbnb Property Performance [Yearly] dataset offers can apply, instead, for access to these datasets and take advantage of the greater detail and temporal resolution.
