Description:
Details of >1.7 million UK Airbnb short-term rental property listings with full text and scores from >31.5 million reviews by >14.1 million guests (2014 - present). The AirDNA Airbnb Guest Reviews dataset refreshes and updates monthly, giving users access to the most up-to-date guest review text and scores.
Users can explore guest reviews of the UK's short-term rental property market using over 33.3 million records derived from the two relational tables included in this dataset: properties (containing property type, location, characteristics, and revenue data, in addition to last-twelve-months property performance data [PPD] roll-ups); and reviews (containing full review text [original language and English], basic reviewer origin information, and scores).
Complementary PPD roll-ups (containing, e.g., availability, reservation, and revenue data) are available at daily, monthly, and yearly resolution through the HASP Data Catalogue; users can apply to access these data separately.
